The Nike Air Max 1 ‘86 Golf NRG “Big Bubble - Always Fresh” is a retro-inspired version of the retro running shoe made for the fairway. The Air Max 1 ‘86 “Big Bubble” made its debut on Nike’s annual Air Max Day celebration in 2023 and, in turn, the brand released a version of the shoe for golf, as well. The Air Max 1 ‘86 Golf “Big Bubble” is based on the original iteration of the throwback running shoe that featured a larger Air bubble than the Air Max 1 that had been released as a retro model. As for the shoe at hand, it features a light grey textile base with gold-to-orange ombre suede overlays. A black Swoosh appears on both sides. “Always Fresh” branding is found on the tongue tag and on the peeled sticker graphic on the lateral side of the heel. A small red apple dots the toe box for a unique and casual look. Read less
